The main floor includes another full bedroom with a queen size bed, twin-size pull-out/trundle bed, 42” smart TV, and a dedicated desk and office workspace, along with a full bath directly across the hall.
The main floor opens into a sprawling great room with a fireplace, seating and couch space for the whole gang, dining room and perfectly appointed modern kitchen with everything you need to bring out your inner-chef. The sliding glass doors next to the dining table take you out to the oversized back deck, complete with postcard views, gas grill, and direct access to the "Deli Trail" Town Ranch Biking/Walking/Skiing trail.
Up the stairs to the top floor, the full size stacking W/D sits in it’s own dedicated laundry closet, with bedroom 3 to the left. There is plenty of space to stretch out in this giant bedroom with king size bed, 42” smart TV, closet, private full bath and private deck. On the opposite side of the upstairs hallway sits the master bedroom and bath, complete with king size bed, walk-in closet, generous sitting area, private deck, private bath with oversized steam shower, separate jacuzzi tub, and simply unreal views of the iconic Elk Mountains everywhere you look.

***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorisation from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's EPIC/SkiCB website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year.

Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.

About the Owner
My name is Sean Turner. I moved to Crested Butte in the early 1990's to experience the legendary snowboarding and skiing once hidden away in this historic mining town. I soon learned that the real beauty of Crested Butte was it's community- artists and athletes, ranchers and dreamers, a colorful mix of unique souls all united in a deep appreciation of the Gunnison Valley's wide open spaces, clean air and water, and limitless opportunity for outdoor recreation. I also learned that Summer in the Valley is just as amazing as Winter, and realized that I had found my happy place. My wife Ginny and I met here and made a life together, raising two amazing kiddos with the help of the local community- our old ski partners, peers, and dear friends became our children's teachers and administrators, mentors and guides. To me, this will always be the essence of Crested Butte- a small town where neighbors smile and take time to catch up, where all are welcome, in an environment so magnificent that folks travel from all over the world just to experience it. We are grateful to host visitors from far and wide, and despite the fact that our little town has grown quite a bit over the past few decades, we do our best to preserve the feeling of community and connectedness that makes this little corner of the Elk Mountains so appealing.
