Welcome to the Redbud Condo!
This clean and modern condo is centrally located right in the heart of Crested Butte. Pull in to your dedicated off-street parking spot and say goodbye to your vehicle for your visit- you could not be in a more convenient location for fun, food, and adventure. Free shuttle stops are right outside your door to take you to the Base Area at Mt. Crested Butte and beyond, and all of Downtown's restaurants, shops, and entertainment are 2 short blocks away, as is the grocery store and pharmacy, the Nordic Center, the Center for the Arts, and all of Crested Butte's parks and public spaces, including all the hiking and biking trails you could hope to conquer.
New appliances and fixtures fill the well-stocked kitchen, which opens to a spacious living and dining area. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for everyone to find their happy place. Both bedrooms have King sized beds, and bedroom 2 has a desk if you need a private space to get some work done. The living area opens to a spacious deck so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning sun, or have happy hour with your friends and neighbors after a big day of rocky mountain adventures.
This is a great location for a small family or a couples get away. The many windows offer a great cross breeze in the summer season, and the updated blinds allow for views or privacy wherever you desire.
Come live like a local right in the heart of paradise, and enjoy the best of what Crested Butte has to offer.
We are always happy and willing to assist with ski and bike rentals and to share our local knowledge of trails, restaurants, activities and more.
*The condo has 1 reserved parking space, however 2 regular sized vehicles can fit bumper to bumper in this dedicated spot. Please be considerate of your neighbors as off street parking for this unit is limited.
RVs and campers are prohibited at all Watchdog properties.

***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorisation from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorisation will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountan Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year: https://www.skicb.com.
****Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.
**** The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. If you have shipping needs for legitimate medical reasons, please contact the Watchdog Office for assistance.
