If you are looking for value in the town of Crested Butte but not looking to compromise on location, this is the perfect property.This cute condo is within walking distance to all shops, restaurants, movie theater, and right by the bus stop.
The first floor is home to two bedrooms (one King and one Queen). Both rooms have large closets for your belongings. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs, on the second level, is the recently upgraded kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, new dining sets and glasses, and all the utensils you need for whipping up a meal.

The bright and sunny living area offers an open feel and a large LCD T.V. to watch your favorite movies and shows, and comfortable seating. As well, dedicated and secure wireless internet has been included with this condo. Another full bath is located on this level.

There are two balconies in which you can open up the doors and enjoy a nice cross-breeze of fresh Crested Butte air!
This property sleeps up to four people* and well-behaved pets are considered! (Additional pet fees apply.)

We are always happy and willing to assist with ski and bike rentals and to share our local knowledge.

**Well-behaved pets are considered! An additional fee of $10 + tax per pet per night, minimum charge $80+ tax will apply.  Please note that the HOA has a strict, 1 dog maximum limit.

** Should any reservations fall within dates that have been mandated by Colorado State or Gunnison County as “no travel to or from Gunnison County” due to Covid 19 related issues, shall be issued a full refund minus the 5% processing fee. Please note that refunds will only be issued if there is in fact a written mandate- suggested guidelines and advisories are not included in this policy. As well, county guidelines are regularly updated on the Gunnisoncounty.org website and guests are advised to check regularly to ensure they stay compliant with all rules, regulations, number of households under one roof, etc. It is the guests' sole responsibility to stay compliant and updated on the rules and regulations in effect in our county and city.

***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorisation from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am  without preauthorisation will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.

We had a great experience with you guys. Everything went smoothly and that is immeasurable on vacation. We called after hours about how to work the television and Amber was very kind and helpful. We appreciated her help. We loved the condo...location and condo itself, were perfect. We thoroughly loved the condo. We had easy access to the shuttle and used it the entire stay. It was quick and easy. A couple things that would be good to consider for the condo is 1)possibly new, more comfortable furniture. We spent our evenings in the living area and the furniture is not snugly and comfortable. We have rented many condos in Colorado and comfortable furniture is just nice to come home to after a long day. Just a thought. 2) The loft is a nice area for 1 person to sleep. This isnt stated or talked about in the condo information on vrbo or other locations. Our daughter stayed up there and loved it. It is a great space! Might think about talking about that space. If for no other reason than to let people know it is ok to use that space. After all, the ladder is right in the common space, not as if you dont notice the loft area, but we questioned whether she could stay up there. The bed was not made up there and looked as though someone had slept there prior to our arrival. Just sharing information with you to help with making sure all areas of your beautiful condo are understood. This area was a bit unknown. Something to think about. Truly...we had the best experience in your condo and will definitely be back to rent from Watchdog. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing! One last thing, the beds were super comfy. Ease of reservation, detailed check-in and check-out information friendly, helpful, quick to respond Great location in the heart of CB, close to Elk Ave and the nordic center. Perfect size for a family of 4. Great rental--would recommend. Suggestions for improvement: 1. downstairs bathroom needs more light over the shower. 2. more drinking glasses. we were constantly washing glasses throughout the day. What we really liked: 1. balcony to store skis 2. location 3. options for sleeping (loft vs 2nd bedroom for kids) 4. nice towels and environmentally friendly cleaning products. :)

The condo is allowed 2 parking spaces in the shared complex parking.  Please note that the parking area is first come, first serve and parking spaces are not guaranteed.  During the winter season, parking may be limited due to snow removal and storage.

RVs and campers are prohibited at all Watchdog properties.
