Description

Aptly named after a local's favorite ski run, this condo's location is truly phenomenal for ski-in/out access! Situated within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants of Mt. Crested Butte, as well as the free town shuttle, this cute condo has everything you need to enjoy the best of Crested Butte.

This cozy condo has been recently updated with all hard wood look flooring in the main level living areas. It has been stylishly furnished and has all the needed amenities including private Wifi, Satellite TV, Smart TVs for Netflix & Hulu, and new sound bar.  Create your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the shared grill. Unwind in front of the gas fireplace with your favorite apres-ski beverage. Step out onto the balcony and take in some sun and the views of the surrounding Whetstone, Axtel, and Emmons mountains.

Both bedrooms feature king beds. For those that require separate sleeping, take advantage of the full sized pullout sofa. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV along with satellite service.  Recently added wall-mounted, built in fans mean that you will always be comfortable, even in summer.  *For returning guests, please note that the loft area is no longer available.* 

This great condo has all the amenities and is the perfect home base for your next mountain adventure.

"Perfect trip and excellent property manager. This condo is great and is not missing a thing! From the personalized message and welcome from the porperty manager to the time we left, the service was excellent. This is one of the nicest and most updated condos we've stayed in in the area. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of the beds were nice and new. The condo is easily ski-in/ski-out. We carried our skis up the path and were able to get our 7 and 8 year old to ski down to ski school and back to the condo off of the slopes at the end of the day. Walking to the shops/restaurants in the evening was a breeze and the buses down into town are only a short walk away. The whole family begged to go back. We cannot recommend this condo enough!"

** Should any reservations fall within dates that have been mandated by Colorado State or Gunnison County as “no travel to or from Gunnison County” due to Covid 19 related issues, shall be issued a full refund minus the 5% processing fee. Please note that refunds will only be issued if there is in fact a written mandate- suggested guidelines and advisories are not included in this policy. As well, county guidelines are regularly updated on the Gunnisoncounty.org website and guests are advised to check regularly to ensure they stay compliant with all rules, regulations, number of households under one roof, etc. It is the guests' sole responsibility to stay compliant and updated on the rules and regulations in effect in our county and city.
** While the property lists a hot tub as an amenity this is a shared community hot tub and subject to open and closure by the HOA and/or governing entity. As such availability of the hot tub may be affected by maintenance work from time to time and is therefore not guaranteed.

****** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorisation from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am  without preauthorisation will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.

Condo was just as pictured. Best ski in ski out. Everything worked. Well stocked kitchen. The TV was a little finicky in the bedrooms but we managed to get them to works Had a great time. Thank you!

One complimentary parking pass is provided for use at the complex parking lot. Please note that the parking lot is first come, first serve and the parking pass does not guarantee parking. During the winter season, parking may be limited due to snow removal and storage.
